At East West Store, we want you to love the items you receive and the energy they carry. However, due to the nature of our curated and energy-charged products, we currently do not offer returns or refunds.
We’re happy to offer exchange-only on eligible items, as detailed below.

What’s Eligible for Exchange?

  • All non-crystal items (such as stoneware, accessories, or lifestyle products) are eligible for exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, your item must be:

    • Unused and in original condition

    • With tags and original packaging intact

 

 

Kindly note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back for exchange.

What Can’t Be Exchanged?

We are unable to accept exchanges for the following:

  • Crystals, crystal kits, or raw stones

  • Perishable items (e.g. teas, incense)

  • Personal care goods

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Sale items or gift cards

These items are final sale due to their energetic, hygienic, or personalized nature.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 1 day of delivery with clear photos so we can help resolve the issue promptly.

For International Orders

We do ship globally. However, customs, duties, and longer transit times may apply.
This policy applies universally unless your local law requires otherwise.
